Refund Policy

The following Refund Policy applies to each property individually. It is important that you review the specific refund policies stated on the property's page before making a reservation.

Refund Eligibility:
1.1 If you cancel your reservation within the free cancellation period stated in the property's cancellation policy, you will be eligible for a full refund. A convenience charge of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.
1.2 If you cancel your reservation during the period mentioned on the property's page, a partial refund may be provided. The refund amount will be subject to deductions for any applicable fees or charges as specified in the property's cancellation policy.
1.3 No refund will be provided if the cancellation period has expired, as indicated on the property's page.

Reservation Cancellation by Farmwalk:
Farmwalk reserves the right to cancel a reservation in unforeseen circumstances, such as property unavailability or other reasons. In the event of a cancellation by Farmwalk, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to you.

Reservation Modification: Reservation modifications, such as changes to dates or the number of guests, are subject to availability. Farmwalk will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your modification requests, but cannot guarantee availability. Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
